About Currenlyzer
Currenlyzer shows traders what is moving now and how each hour of the day usually behaves, as statistics from live price data: forex pairs, metals, indices and crypto. We do not give signals, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell.
Who writes the articles
Frano Grgić is a forex trader, market analyst and trading educator with an engineering background. He trades his own accounts and mentors traders through GetKnowTrading. He wrote the articles on this blog and built the way the numbers are calculated.
How the numbers are made
Prices come from a live feed, one-minute prices are built into hourly and daily candles in UTC, and the statistics are calculated from finished candles only. Hours when a market is closed and days that are too thin to count are left out of every average, so a closed hour is never counted as zero. The articles use the same calculation as the dashboard, and their numbers and charts refresh by themselves from the database. Where a result depends on a broker (for example how a pip is counted on gold), the article says so.
